Besides my Veranda Magazine, it’s the book I look forward to every couple of months. I turn to Nordstrom for most of my staples; the classic and feminine pieces that I wear to death. In this month’s catalog, I have three clear favorites that I’m picking up ASAP!
Okay, I’m not a flats girl. I’m 5’3”. Besides my Chucks or my Toms for everyday wear, I just don’t do flats. But these immediately caught my eye when I turned the page… They’re little cat flats! Ears and all— so cute!! I personally like the cat design better than the mouse; I’m not a fan of the ballerina style. Everything about the ‘Mr. Whiskers’ slip-on is perfect: It’s quilted on the inside so it’s probably super comfy, and it’s not too cartoony so it’s grown-up appropriate. Best of all, it’s great for me since I’m an animal lover. Adding this to my wish list!
I love wearing white. Any shade of white! This sweater by Heed is great because the embellishments are very subtle, so it’s both festive (very wintery!) and classic. The texture is unique and I love the relaxed fit. And not a bad price at $118.
I LOVE this necklace! It’s simple but it’s such a standout piece. And it’s a wishbone… Who wouldn’t want the extra luck?! Definitely another wish list item. And it rings up at just a hundred bucks!
