Red and pink are usually the colors that come to mind when we think of a bold lip color. But purple is it! In this photo I’m wearing “Up The Amp” by MAC… It’s my favorite lipstick right now. It’s just the perfect vibrance and hue, and the photo actually makes it look even brighter; in person, it’s still conservative enough to wear to dinner or even during the day.
I wore it last night to dinner with my college roomies. Every year we have our own Valentine’s Day celebration together and this year we decided to spend it at Le Oyster Bar in Silverlake!

I love this lipstick, personally the amplified Mac lips are my faves! Up the Amp is great in the summer with a yellow blouse and a simple eye…much the way you wore it! As usual, classy!
