So beautiful! It is dramatic but soft, and I am all for having someone else do my makeup the day of my wedding lol!

Beautiful face, and an incredible makeup artist!

Teni, I wanted to thank you so much for introducing me to the SIGMA EYELINERS!

I’m in love with DECLARE…. MY question is, can you sharpen these, or do you throw them away after they become flat?

    Xx

Teni, these eyeliners do not sharpen… Lol… I tried and basically, nothing gets sharpened besides the top part of the pencil…. Try it, and let me know!

It’s really annoying because they get wasted fast, and then I have to order and pay for shipping as well , just for eyeliners!

Hmmmm… I just tried one that was worn down and it sharpens just fine. I had to do it about 3 or 4 times, though. Try doing it a few more times, it should work!

I’m so glad I found this! I’m doing my sister’s makeup for her bridal portraits tomorrow and plan to use this as my reference. :)
